Breast
Breast (sometimes called brisket, which is not quite correct) is the part of the chicken located on both sides of the breastbone, ending with a triangular cartilage, resembling a stylized heart. The color of the chicken breast meat differs from other fragments, it is light pink, and when cooked, it becomes almost white, so the chicken breast is often called white meat. Chicken breast is the champion among other types of meat in terms of protein and fat content, with 24% easily digestible protein accounting for less than 2% fat. Chicken breast contains: choline, B vitamins, especially important are vitamins B9 and B12, which are necessary during pregnancy and lactation, as they ensure the normal development of the fetus.
